Computer networking me agar Node ki baat ki jaye to is term ke bahut sare confusing definitions mil jayenge. But main Node term ko easy aur simple methods mein explain karne ki koshish karunga taki aap ko ye term understand karne mein mushkil na ho. Nodes ke bahut sare categories hai jaise Network node, Node JS, Blockchain node etc. But yaha baat ho rahi hai Network Node ki to chaliye sikhte hai ki computer network mein node kya hota hai.

Aage badhne se pehle meri aap se request hai ki technology terms ko achi tarah understand karne ki koshish kare aur agar understand na ho to post ko reread kare. What is Node in Computer Network

Node na koi special software hota hai aur na hi hardware. To phir Node kya hota hai? Agar kisi cricket team mein 11 players hai to har ek player ka apna apna naam aur talent hota hai jiski madad se darshak aur umpire in players ko identify karte hai. Isi tarah se Network se connected har ek device mein apna apna network address hota hai jaise MAC address (media access control) aur is address ki madad se network ke other devices ek dusre ko identify karte hai. Aur is se is baat ka bhi pata chalta hai ki kis node se kitna data receive aur transfer ho raha hai. In short, Nodes ke network address (IP Address) se network data track kiya jata hai.

Agar team mein koi player kamzor pad jaye jo puri team danger mein padti hai. Theek isi tarah se agar network mein kisi bhi connected device mein koi technical problem ho jati hai to pura network kamzor pad jata hai kyon ki ye nodes ek dusre par dependent hote hai.

Internet par har woh part jis ka IP address hota hai, aise part ko Node kehte hai. Pure Internet ko Node nahi keh sakte hai kyon ki Network nodes small parts hote hai jo network address ki madad se ek dusre se connected ho kar data transmission karte hai. Network mein jitne bhi Modems, switches, hubs, bridges, servers, aur printers hote hai in sabhi ko nodes kehte hai. Kyon ki Node woh device hota hai jo network se connect ho kar information ko receive, send ya store karke dusre device (node) se communicate hota hai. Jab device offline ho jata hai tab offline wala device network se communication nahi kar pata hai.

Electrical engineering mein Node us point ko kehte hai jaha ek se zyada electrical elements aapas mein join hote hai. Internet network mein Host computers hote hai aur in host computers ka apna alag-alag IP address hota hai but kuch computers mein IP host address ke bajaye access point assign hota hai jis se data link hota hai aur aise devices ko “Internet nodes” kehne ke bajaye physical network nodes ya LAN nodes kehte hai.
